Question 2

Do You Have to Bring Your Own Creators on Trybe?

Accepted Answer

Trybe in its current form is a software / management tool for supercharging creator groups and is usually used by brands with pre-existing creator rosters to 10x their output and performance.

We are currently only onboarding these types of brands but in the near future will be opening up Trybe to creators to join and discover brands as well.

We are already receiving hundreds of applications from top creators and are looking forward to creating the ultimate all-in-one management tool and ecosystem / sourcing platform.

For now, we recommend looking at TikTok Shop and sending a dm to creators that fit your criteria.

You could send a message like this:

"Hey! Just saw your TikTok Shop video. We'd love to get you on Trybe, the platform we use to run Meta ads. You're already doing 99% of the work. You'd just upload your videos to Trybe and get paid a percentage of all sales more when it's used in ads. We are only bringing on a couple of our creators that we think will absolutely crush it. Happy to send you the details if you're interested"

Accepted Answer

Description This article shares best practices for motivating creators, improving content quality, and increasing content volume. These are patterns we’ve seen work well across brands, but your approach may vary depending on your program.

Set Clear Expectations Early

Creators perform best when they know:

What products to focus on
What types of content perform well
How much content is expected Sharing examples of top-performing ads goes a long way.

Share Performance Data with Creators

Allowing creators to see analytics helps them:

Improve hooks
Refine CTAs
Understand what converts Creators are only as good as the information they receive.

Incentivize Consistency

High-performing programs typically focus on:

Fast payouts
Retainers or smart retainers
Clear output goals Creators who feel financially protected tend to produce more content.

Coach, Don’t Just Approve or Reject

When requesting revisions:

Be specific
Explain what worked and what didn’t
Focus on hooks, pacing, and clarity Clear feedback leads to better results.

Scale What Works

When a creative performs well:

Share it with other creators
Replicate structure, not scripts
Stop copying once fatigue appears

Question 6

How to Find and Recruit High-Performing TikTok Creators

Accepted Answer

Finding Creators on TikTok

When sourcing creators on TikTok, we recommend using two primary approaches:

1. Start with creators already performing well for you

Look at creators who are already making strong TikTok Shop content for your brand. If their videos convert organically, they’re often great candidates for paid amplification. These creators:

Already understand your product
Are producing content that resonates with your audience
Require little to no creative onboarding

2. Search for creators that match your ideal vibe and audience

Browse TikTok to find creators who align with:

Your brand’s tone and aesthetic
Your target demographic
The type of content that performs well in ads (clear hooks, natural delivery, strong product focus) Focus on creators who feel authentic and comfortable on camera, not just those with high follower counts.

How to Reach Out to Creators

Once you’ve identified a creator, keep the outreach simple and value-driven. Here’s a proven outreach message you can use or adapt:

“Hey! Just saw your TikTok Shop video — great work. We’d love to get you on Trybe, the platform we use to run Meta ads. You’re already doing 99% of the work. You’d just upload your videos to Trybe, and when they’re used in ads, you get paid 2–3x more. We’re only bringing on a small group of creators we think will absolutely crush it. Happy to send more details if you’re interested.”
