# Understanding Video Tracking in Trybe

**Description**
Trybe tracks performance at the individual video level using a unique Trybe ID. This allows brands and creators to see which videos are driving results.
**Common Issues**
* Sales not showing
* Performance looks delayed
* Numbers don’t match Meta
**Why This Happens**
* The video was not exported through Trybe
* URL parameters were not added to the ad
* The ad has not spent yet
* Meta over-attributes conversions
**How to Fix It**
1. Confirm the video was exported through Trybe
2. Check that URL parameters were added from the CSV file
3. Allow time for ad spend to occur
4. Compare videos relative to each other, not as absolute truth
