# How Sample Requests Work in Trybe

**Description**
Sample requests allow creators to receive products for content creation.
**Common Issues**
* No Shopify order created
* Creators can’t request samples
* Requests not showing
**Why This Happens**
* Samples not enabled
* Shopify not connected
* Request not approved
**How to Fix It**
1. Enable sample requests in settings
2. Reconnect Shopify
3. Approve pending requests
